RECYCLING IS PICKED UP EVERY OTHER THURSDAY for the exception major holiday weeks. Pick up will then be on *Friday. The following are considered Major Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Contact our office at 320-239-2311 during weekday hours (8am to 4pm) or stop by in person. Depending on what type of report it is, you may need to fill out a form and there maybe a fee for copies and labor. Some reports are considered private or confidential per Minnesota Data Practices Act and cannot be released by us. Reports that have been forwarded to a prosecutor for charges will need to be requested from the prosecuting attorney. You can either drop off the form at our office, fax or email it to charleen.drewes@starbuckpolice.com
Minors under the age of 16 years - No minor under the age of 16 years shall be in or upon the public streets, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places, public buildings; nor in or upon places of amusement, entertainment or refreshment; nor in or upon any vacant lot, between the hours of 10pm and 5am the following day, official city time unless accompanied by his or her parent or guardian, or other adult person having primary care and custody of the minor.
