Meet our Mayor and Council

The City of Starbuck ran by the 4 member Mayor Council as well as the Mayor. The Council acts as the city manager and oversees all departments.

The Starbuck City Council meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 pm.  The location of the meeting is the Starbuck Community Center unless otherwise posted.
